1. Access & Eligibility

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Omigo.chat. There are no exceptions. If you are under 18, please leave the website immediately.

2. Community Guidelines

We believe in the power of open communication, but that freedom comes with responsibility. Violating these standards will result in an immediate ban.

Zero Tolerance Policy: We use AI monitoring and human review. Users found broadcasting illegal content, nudity, or severe harassment are banned instantly and permanently.

Prohibited Conduct

Nudity & Sexual Content: Broadcasting sexually explicit acts or nudity is strictly forbidden.
Harassment & Hate Speech: Bullying, racial slurs, or targeted harassment of any user is not tolerated.
Advertising & Spam: Do not use Omigo to sell products, promote services, or spam links.
Recording: You may not record, stream, or screenshot another user without their explicit verbal consent.

3. Intellectual Property

The Omigo.chat platform, logo, and code are the property of Omigo.chat. User-generated content (your video stream) belongs to you, but you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of connecting the call and moderation.

4. Disclaimers

"As Is" Service: We strive for reliability, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
User Interactions: We are not responsible for the conduct of any user you communicate with. Use caution and common sense.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the platform at any time, for any reason, without notice, particularly for violations of these Community Standards.
