Omigo has a strict, zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and the exploitation or abuse of minors. Our platform is strictly designed for adults (18+). Any user found sharing, promoting, or engaging in activities related to the exploitation or abuse of children will be permanently banned and reported to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
Omigo is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not permit minors to use our platform. By using our services, users confirm they are of legal adult age. If we become aware that a minor has gained access to our platform, we will terminate their access immediately.
We provide robust in-app reporting tools that allow our users to instantly report any inappropriate behavior, including suspected child safety concerns. Reports are prioritized and reviewed rapidly by our moderation team. Users can click the 'Report' button during any interaction to submit a detailed report along with automatically captured screenshots and chat logs for evidence.
Omigo utilizes both automated tools and human moderation to identify and remove violating content. We are fully committed to complying with all regional, national, and international child safety laws. When required by law, we will proactively report illegal activities to law enforcement agencies.
